Hong kong : Lan fong yuen 蘭芳園

I visited the Tsim Sha Tsui Branch. Exit from G or F from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR. Walk to Chung King Mansion and go down a flight of escalators to the woodhouse.

Main Branch: No2. Gage Street, Central, Hong Kong
Second Branch: No4-6 Gage Street, Central, Hong Kong
Third Branch: 26 Chung King Mansion, No. 36-44, Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong

I went around 4+, there was no crowd. I just walked in with my family. I don't remember
the price but it should be $10+ per pax.

Their famous stocking milk tea. Remember to add some sugar.
Interesting lamp make of bottles.
The shop has vintage decoration with quotations and photos of starlets plastered on the walls.

Chicken cutlet noodles 雞扒撈丁 Yummy. The chicken is tender and crispy. Must try.
Hong Kong Style French Toast 咖央西多士. We tried this since a lot of people were ordering. French toast done just right with a bit of butter. Yummy.
Hong Kong Style 'Piggy' Bun 奶油豬. We ordered this by accident as we just point to a photo plastered on the table. Simple but it taste delicious. The bread is toasted to perfection and the butter and condense milk is a perfect match.
Chicken wings noodles. My dad ordered this. He said it is good too.

I will definitely visit this place again. Like the decoration and the food although the staff seems to be very busy and not very friendly.

Hong Kong : Taste Supermarket at Tung chung and Wellcome

Yes. I love supermarkets when travelling. Large variety of snacks at reasonable price.
Even shopping at supermarket is fun.

Basement one of citygates outlet.
Love this super big supermarket. Lots of things to see and buy.
I enjoyed it more than the outlets shopping.
It usually cheaper than 7-11 and k-circle.
some of the sweets like ricola was much cheaper than Singapore price.
Can find a large variety of instant noodles, sweets, snacks, fruits and drinks.
Buy some to try it out and have fun.
Tried the salmon sushi because my friend told me hongkong salmon sushi is very nice. Definitely better standard than singapore supermarket sushi, on par with sakae.

Visited the wellcome supermarket near to my hotel.
Look at the interesting flavours of chips, drinks, pretz and sweets.
bought some home to try. Some of them are from taste supermarket and 7-11 and k-circle.
Puccho is slightly cheaper than Singapore prices.
My students who had graduated will be quite sad.

CitySuper.
Chunky kit kat in cookies and creams.
More Puccho. My students love them.

Citysuper.
Fruits. The durians are quite expensive.
Look at how beautiful their sandwiches and wraps are.

there is one supermarket I did not manage to visit, Parknshop.

Random Hongkong food

Cherikoff
G29 Allied Plaza, 760 Nathan Rd., Prince Edward,
Daily 7am-10:30pm
Their cookies come in a dozen different flavors, crowned with classic toppings like jam, cherry, nuts or chocolate drop, each with a buttery crispiness.
For a healthier option, try their egg white-only variety, made with sesame and green tea. Try their all-time famous nougatsBesides the original flavour, there are healthier options made with prune and walnut.

Just a random bakery. If you interested in just buying lao po bing or wife's biscuit for your family and packaging is not a major concern. You can try the normal bakeries along the street like along TST or MOngkok. and buy one to try and find one that suit your tastebuds before buying a dozen back. The price is usually a fraction of those branded store. However, remember to bring your own air tight container.

Bought a coupon from valuup.com. Do not remember the actual price, but it was valued for money because it is a place at kowloon with a nice view and ambience.
The eyebar at isquare. Not sure how pricing without the coupon.

If you spot this card, remember to try hong Kong traditional icecream.

I tried macdonalds too because there have some seasonal stuff not available in singapore. for example, the chocolate puff.

Some random things we ate.
 starbucks, taste the same.
xu liu xiang
They were giving out free coke.
smiley tart.
vitasoy red bean and milk tea.

Decided to try out high Tea in Hong Kong.
The high tea is around hk$200 and reservation can be made through email.
The food was not bad.
The interesting fact about this high tea is that they linked up with brands like marc jacobs, chloe and etc to come up. The food will be designed with the brand as the theme, a small gift is given for customers (while stocks last). No worries about the gift as is of high calibre and not some cheapo free gifts.
During the time period I was there, there were giving out this brand known as Qeelin. Although it is not a famous brand, the gift was well made and very beautiful.

Honeymoon Dessert
They have branches in Singapore but I have not tried them out yet.
A lot of branches in Hong Kong. I visited the one at Langham place shopping mall.
