London Day 4 free and easy Sightseeing : tower of London

Tower Bridge

 Tower of London
Our Yeoman Warder who left us because someone fainted. Although another Yeoman Warder was attending to her. He just cancelled the whole tour and ask us to wait an hour for another one. We explored the place on our own because we did not have so much time to wait for another tour.

Caught while exploring the place on our own.. Quite interesting and the crowds were participating. There are a lot of ongoing tours and places to visit. Worth visiting.

The actors were just stilling leisurely and having tea and tourists and just take photos of them.

London Day 4 part 2 Borough Market

We walked from tower gate to Borough Market as the guards at tower gate said it is nearby. We intended to take a bus initially. We took around 15 mins.
Quite tiring as we already walked along the riverside and tower gate and the weather is just hot.
Borough Market is really worth a visit. There are a lot of interesting food available. Pastries, sandwiches, and food from different countries. Good place for lunch.

We have this potato with cheese and chicken sandwich for lunch and meringues. There are so much more food to try out!
Wish we have the stomach for more food.
Go there with an empty stomach.

There is a tube station just beside the market. London Bridge.  accessible

London Day 4 free and easy : Sightseeing LOndon Bridge, ST's Paul Cathedral, Millennium Bridge

Ate sandwiches bought from supermarket for breakfast.

Set off earlyfor St's Paul Cathedral. Prefer to start in the early morning when it is cooler and less crowded and we can visit more places.

Took the tube and we had not much problem locating the cathedral.
Did not take part in the sightseeing tour as we can have time for one tour at tower gate...
There were some beautiful roses in the courtyard

Walked to millennium Bridge..
